My name is John T. Flomo, a devoted husband to Johnetta B. Flomo and a committed servant of the Lord. As a Christian, I firmly believe that proclaiming the goodness of God is not limited to those who hold pastoral titles. Every believer has a calling to share the love, truth, and power of God in their own unique way. I have embraced this calling through my roles as a speaker, coach, and podcaster, using each platform to inspire and uplift others. Whether through words of encouragement, moments of reflection, or life strategies rooted in faith, my mission is to ignite purpose in those who may feel stuck or uncertain in their spiritual and personal journeys.
Professionally, I am a nurse by training, holding a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration and currently pursuing a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership. I serve as a Director of Nursing, a role that has allowed me to lead with compassion, integrity, and vision. My passion for leadership extends beyond healthcare—I am deeply committed to empowering people from all walks of life to take responsibility for their growth, embrace change, and stop waiting passively for breakthroughs. I love to travel and speak, using every opportunity to motivate individuals to rise up, activate their faith, and partner with God in the pursuit of their destiny.

The Community of Believers International (COBI) is a faith-based initiative designed to unite individuals from all religious backgrounds and denominations under a shared mission of community building and spiritual growth. Rooted in Christian values, COBI creates a welcoming and inclusive environment where believers can come together to engage in meaningful conversations about pressing community issues. Through open dialogue and mutual respect, the program aims to bridge gaps between diverse faith traditions and promote collaboration across cultural and denominational lines. COBI is not solely focused on religion; it also emphasizes the importance of entrepreneurship, leadership, and personal development as key components of community transformation.
The program offers a wide-ranging platform for discussions centered on empowerment, mindset shifts, mentorship, coaching, and strategic leadership. COBI believes that in order to fulfill the divine promises outlined in scriptures such as Jeremiah 29:11 — “For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord…” — believers must be equipped not only spiritually, but also mentally, emotionally, and practically. By fostering a renewed mindset, the initiative seeks to inspire participants to rise above limitations, take ownership of their purpose, and walk boldly in their calling. Ultimately, COBI serves as a catalyst for change, igniting a collective movement toward holistic success and God-centered living in communities around the world.
